Billing
The Billing page holds two unrelated relationships, kept apart on purpose: what your partner pays SolveGRC, and what you bill your own clients.
Your SolveGRC plan
The card at the top is a read-out of your partner subscription: the plan, the managed clients you are using against the number included in your base fee (and the cap, where one applies), seats, and AI and automation, which are included. Seats are not a pricing lever, and there is no usage or token meter anywhere in the product: AI is part of the plan.
When you manage more clients than your plan includes, a line under the stats says how many bill per tenant. Additional clients are reconciled to your subscription automatically and bill from the next cycle; there is no mid-cycle charge when a client is added. Partner subscriptions are set up with SolveGRC rather than through a checkout, so plan changes go through your account contact.
Client organizations under a partner never see a paywall or a plan page of their own; the partner's plan covers them.
Client billing
Everything below the Client billing eyebrow is yours: the commercial terms you hold with each client and the entries and invoices raised against them. The four counters give monthly recurring revenue, active contracts, pending billing entries and renewals due in the next 90 days.
Contracts links a client to commercial terms. Administrators create one with the client (only clients whose onboarding is complete are offered), an optional service package, and the monthly base amount. Contracts created in the portal bill monthly from the day they are created, with no end date; the table shows each contract's client, package, base fee, billing frequency, start, end or renewal type, and status.
Generate billing (administrators) creates billing entries for every active contract over a period, prefilled to the current month. The number of entries created is reported when it finishes.
Invoices lists the invoices raised per client with the period covered, line item count, total and status (draft, approved, exported).
Non-administrators see all of this but cannot create contracts or generate entries.
