MSP Portal

The MSP Portal is where a managed service provider runs compliance for many client organizations at once. Each client is an ordinary SolveGRC organization with its own data, its own members and its own audit log. The portal sits above them: one dashboard for the whole book, one work queue, one place to send evidence requests, prepare reviews, watch connectors, and bill.

The rule that shapes everything else: nobody at the partner holds a standing seat in a client. When an operator needs to work inside a client, they open a time-boxed session with a stated reason, do the work, and leave. The client's own audit log records the session and everything done in it, and the client's administrators can read that record. See Delegated sessions.

Getting in

The portal is at MSP Portal (/msp). To open it you need to be a member of a partner, and your session must be protected by two-factor authentication or a passkey; a weaker session is sent to the MFA step first. Partners themselves are created by SolveGRC, and the person who creates one becomes its first administrator. See Members, teams and access.

At the top of the sidebar is your partner's name and your role. If you work for more than one partner, the name is a switcher. Back to Dashboard at the bottom returns you to your own organization's workspace, if you have one.

Jumping into a client

Jump to a client in the top bar lists your active sessions (with the minutes remaining), recent clients, every managed client, and any organizations you belong to directly. Picking a client with a live session takes you straight into its workspace; picking any other client opens the Act as Client dialog and starts a session first.
