Portfolio views

Four pages look across every client at once. None of them edits client data; they read what each client's own modules already hold and line it up so you can compare, rank and act.

Reports

Reports manages the report templates your partner offers and shows what has been produced against them.

  • Templates lists each template with its type, audience, format and status. Administrators create templates with a name, a slug, a report type and an audience. Types cover the recurring deliverables of a managed service: executive summary, service delivery, audit readiness, evidence freshness, remediation status, continuity readiness, QBR packet, billing summary, portfolio health, overdue evidence, renewal pipeline, and custom. Audiences are client-facing, internal, or external stakeholder. Templates created in the portal produce PDF.
  • Report runs lists each run with how many of its clients completed, the period covered, status and date.
  • Coverage shows, for the current month, how many reports each client has received and when the last one was, marking each client covered or missing.

Portfolio BIA

Portfolio BIA brings every client's business impact analysis into one view. The summary strip counts clients and services (with how many are critical or high), plan coverage (the share of services that have a recovery plan), revenue at risk per hour, overdue reviews, and average recovery feasibility. When any client has tolerance breaches or services missing an RTO, an alert row says how many.

Client BIA comparison ranks clients side by side: services, critical services, plan coverage, feasibility, breaches, overdue reviews and revenue per hour, with a search box and a link into each client. BIA dimension heatmap scores each client on RTO coverage, RPO coverage, plan coverage, review freshness, tolerance health and data quality, colored so the weak cells stand out. The heatmap appears once at least one client has BIA data.

To change any of these numbers you work inside the client: see Continuity and disaster recovery on the system map for where BIA lives.

Shared intelligence

Intelligence is the cross-client view of third-party risk.

  • Work queue lists open third-party tasks across clients: assessments due or overdue, open findings and SLA breaches, expiring evidence, drift events, signal reviews, vendor onboarding and offboarding, questionnaire reviews, remediation follow-ups, and more, each with priority, status and SLA. An analyst claims an open item, which assigns it and marks it in progress, and completes it when done. Breached SLAs are flagged on the row.
  • Canonical vendors is the unified vendor catalog: one identity per real vendor across all your clients, with its domain, industry, how confidently it was matched, how many clients use it, and how many client-level vendor records link to it. Matching is automatic.
  • Analysts shows active analyst-to-client assignments with scope and allocation.
  • Benchmarks compares clients on TPRM maturity, composite score, finding resolution, evidence freshness, assessment coverage, drift responsiveness, concentration awareness and SLA adherence, each with a percentile, a band and the peer count. Benchmarks are computed periodically across your book.
  • Bulk ops lists cross-client operations (bulk reassessments, finding creation, template deployments, signal broadcasts, report generation) with their progress and failures.

The five counters at the top (canonical vendors, open queue items, in progress, SLA breached, active analysts) summarize the same data.

Continuity board

Continuity watches vendor disruptions across every client. The feed refreshes itself every minute and groups active signals by vendor, most affected first; each signal shows its impact level (critical, significant, elevated, watch, informational), the client it hits, and its score. The four counters above the feed give active signals (with the critical count), clients affected, vendors disrupted, and the vendor touching the most clients.

Blast radius on a vendor opens a panel listing every client mapped to that vendor with its impact score, critical services, fallback coverage and whether a recovery plan exists. A communication template for that vendor also appears, prefilled with the status and start time and the affected clients, ready to copy into your own notice. Nothing is sent from the portal.
